The Security Camera Field of View web service is an advanced web service, that calculates the Field of View of security camera’s in real-time based on camera specs (resolution, focal length), geospatial information of the camera (GPS position and orientation angles), and taking into account obstacles like buildings.
The new OGC SensorThings standard provides an open, geospatial-enabled and unified way to interconnect the Internet of Things (IoT) devices, data, and applications over the Web. At a high level the OGC SensorThings API provides two main functionalities, sensing and tasking.
